(due by the end of each month so it's paid on time) Security Deposit: $1,387.50 Utilities: split evenly (Water, Sewer and Trash paid to landlord which averages $65/mo. and LADWP is billed every 2 months which is just for electric - no gas in apartment) About me (I occupy 1 of the 2 bedrooms): 56F, considerate, clean, quiet, open-minded and a "mind my own business" kind of person. Help where I can if asked and I'm able. LGBTQ+ and 4/20 friendly. I'm a smoker (trying to quit); however, I do so outside as that is a requirement of the building. No animals permitted. Apartment info: Entire apartment renovated prior to my move-in mid-Apr 2024 Central A/C and Heat First floor end unit (end of hallway which means your bedroom wall is not shared with a neighbor) New carpet throughout the apartment (except bathrooms) no shoes please. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. We won't be able to hear each other. Large balcony (furnished) where you can relax and unwind from the day Refrigerator, Stove, Double ovens, Microwave and Dishwasher Apartment building info: Secure entry (must have a key or code for entry) 24/7 onsite fitness center and laundry room (personally owned brand-new w/d set inside the apartment we could possibly discuss use) Large sparkling outdoor pool with lounge area Street parking (yes, street parking is a pain, but it is also the norm here in LA) EV charging on 1 side of the building Little nuggets of info: MUST keep common areas clean, which is to say anywhere that is not your bedroom or your bathroom (your business). In other words, please pick up after yourself. I do not mind overnight guests/visitors; however, my preference is to be asked/notified ahead of time. Just common courtesy. Willing to share Spectrum internet and streaming services (Hulu, Disney+, Max, Netflix, Paramount+, Showtime, Peacock and Amazon), but in doing so, we would split the cost which is currently about $65/mo. for internet only.
