Greetings, My wife and I are "mom and pop" landlords of a four unit building in Albany Park. We have a three bedroom, one bathroom Garden Unit available for rent beginning November 1, November 15, or December 1. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Parking is included in the back of the building. The counters are granite. The appliances are modern. The whole unit was rehabbed and updated in 2009. We are including photos of the unit that are outdated, in order to give you a sense of the apartment. They were taken before anyone lived in the unit after it was rehabbed in 2009. Prior to you moving in, we are likely replacing the carpet in the living room area with Pergo synthetic wood flooring or with new carpeting. We will be painting the walls that need it. There is no security deposit, however, there is a $400 move-in fee. The $400 will not be returned to you. We do our best to be fair and friendly to everyone, but we also need consistent payment of rent in order to keep the building afloat. We'd like to confirm your income and past payment of a recent landlord, if possible. Cats, dogs, and smoking are not allowed. We hope to hear from you.
