If I were to review my own apartment this would be the review:
"The apartment is on the second floor of a two-story building with no elevator.
One of the best parts about this location is its proximity to everything. It's situated above the amazing restaurant Kismet, and there are plenty of other restaurants, bars, a grocery store, a gas station, and the train station all within walking distance. Given the central location, I could occasionally hear traffic outside. However, since I'm not a light sleeper, it didn't bother me. The neighborhood, Los Feliz, is vibrant and conveniently close to Hollywood and Silverlake.
Check-in was a breeze thanks to the key code system, which meant I didn't have to worry about carrying a key around. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, although I did notice a few cobwebs. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The coffee provided was adequate, but I preferred to walk down the street to Go Get Em Tiger for a cappuccino and to people watch. The neighborhood gives a very local vibe.
Parking was a bit challenging at first because there isn't any parking directly outside the apartment. I had to park on a side street across from the building, but it wasn't too far of a walk. Additionally, there is no laundry machine in the apartment, so if you need to do laundry, you would have to walk about 10 minutes or drive 3 minutes to the nearest laundromat.
The train station (Vermont/Sunset) is about a 5 to 7-minute walk, making it very convenient for getting around."
If you are looking for a budget friendly stay in a very cool neighborhood of Los Angeles, look no further! Stay in our 1 bedroom apartment in the Los Feliz neighborhood.
The building is a little bit older. The unit is on the second floor with no other units above it. Just downstairs there are restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.
Although the neighborhood is very walkable and lively, you might occasionally see unhoused people.
