The house has a ton of sunlight, 2 bedrooms upstairs (one with a queen and one with kids' bunk beds), plus a guest bedroom downstairs, perfect for families, a large living room, dining room, bonus sunroom with flatscreen TV, lots of kids' toys, piano, and a turntable and records. There's a newly revamped shared backyard with a garden, patio, lawn, and grill. All utilities including high-speed wifi are included. Washer/dryer included. Garage parking negotiable. Available for 5 months, roughly August 9 through early January, with some flexibility on either end. Respond with info about you and why you'd like to sublet our house.
