It is 5th floor in a large elevator building with an excellent laundry room. $1890 includes heat and hot water, everything except for electric (which is usually around $50-70/month). Short walk to either the Q or F/G, and close to all the great restaurants/cafes in ditmas park (which is a great neighborhood that I'll miss!) I'm moving in with my significant other, which is why I need to find a replacement tenant. You'd pay no agent fee, but do need to apply with the management office and show 40x income, good credit, etc. I'd be happy to connect you directly. Since I need to find someone, I can cover the first few weeks of rent, depending on when you can move in (the apartment will be available Jan 7).
