Home is built in a quiet neighborhood near schools, stores and parks within 2 miles and right off the way from the freeway. Great 15 to 20 minute drive to the strip depending on traffic. Friendly neighbors and a nice place to call home. No smoking inside the home. I am a dog person and as long as the dogs don't destroy things I am okay with them inside the house. I will have the washer and dryer inside the garage as well as fridge, stove and microwave comes with a dish washer and solar panels. It roughly costs about 400 dollars each month for utilities and solar panel usage
