I am looking for someone to take over a current lease in a one bedroom apartment. I am having to relocate and thus need someone to take over the remaining of the lease until February 2018. Rent is $1600 a month so very affordable for the location and highly recommended for a couple, or single person wanting plenty of room. Tours available, please contact me if you'd like to arrange one. Apartment can be ready as soon as you are! Security Deposit is $1800 and if you'll be having pets it is $250 per pet for a security deposit. Please note photos include some clutter of the moving out process but give scale for what you can work with; the apartment will not be furnished upon move in.
