The photos show the main level, patio, the basement room, and the park. Preference of 3-6 month lease but willing to do month to month. There is an attached garage that can be shared for bikes and/or camping or sport equipment. Friendly and potty trained dog welcome or cat that does not tear up furniture or carpets. Split gas/electricity and water monthly. Internet and trash included. Trash and internet included. Non-smoking home. Split the gas/electric and water 2 ways.
