The Condo is currently rented for $1850/m. Roommate will pay $1300/m. Owner will pay water and all other fees except utilities. When owner is absent, the roommate will pay utilities. When owner is in residence, she will pay utilities. The owner does not use Internet or Cable so if roommate desires these services he/she is responsible. Lease is for 12 months.
