There are no shared spaces with the upstairs unit except the yard. There are beautiful views of the mountains and space for gardening next to the unit entrance. Furniture available on request. Very close to ski resorts, hiking, and rock climbing. We have a large fenced yard that is great for pets. Utilities: WiFi paid by landlord. Gas and electric are split 50/50 with upstairs unit. For water, renters cover 40% of bill.
