Public transportation is available near Baxter, Skaneateles Village or Elbridge. Landlord is right next door. There will be per pet added fee. This is a short term, month to month rental. You are responsible for your utilities and if water uses increases, will be expected to compensate for the increase. No smoking of any kind inside apartment. Any damages to the things supplied are to be replaced by tenant. Tenant is responsible to maintain hall and stairway. A more detail list will be provided at signing.
