Totally renovated the house a year ago. I gutted the whole inside, putting new frame work, new instillation ( light bill averages $125-$150), sheet rock, light fixtures, new windows, re furbished the fire place, new doors, new 5 ton central heating and cooling unit with a separate motor to the sun room, new duct work, i ran all new electrical wiring through the whole house, new floors, new cabinets, new toilets and bath tubs, new countertops, also built two new covered decks with ceiling fans installed, built a new sunroom. I mean everything is new other than the slab and brick. The roof was re-done 4 years ago. It has two utility builds in the back. The house has a 1 acre pond behind it. I put a new 5 horse deep well in a year ago also. I have a big barn with electricity and water lines ran. The barn can be used for storage, livestock, or farm equipment. The property has two mobile homes also that could be used for rental. I'm currently making $950 a month from both rental property's combined, but it is your choice to do what you please with the trailers they go with the whole property. The property is 8 miles from the town of vidalia. ---- now to tell you about our family. We have a 4 year old boy with another kid on the way - which is the reason why we are selling. We need more room and did not expect another kid while we was renovating haha ( life's curve ball). We don't smoke, we don't like to wear our shoes in the house, and do not allow animals in the house. We are what you say clean freaks haha.
