It comes with an assigned parking space, right in front of the building. Monthly HOA fees are $481. Minimum downpayment must be at least 20%. Minimum credit score 650. Units must be occupied by at least one 55 yrs old or older. Apartment comes with a storage unit. Laundry on each floor. No leasing for first 24 months of purchase by new owner. No leasing as regular practice business or investment. Minimum 3 months lease, only once per 12 months.
