100+ YEARS OLD~But my bones are still good with my original hardwood floors, windows and ship lap ceilings I still stand firm in the heart of Monticello. I have a true shotgun feel with newer bathrooms and kitchen. Enormous pecan trees shade me on hot summer days. And my yard is has plenty of room for the children to play and entertain! Could I use a little facelift...maybe so...you be the judge of that. But do view me as your potential home and keep the life in me~
