You can rent one or two bed rooms, its a 6 min walk from the PRT station and a 2 min walk from the Stadium and Hospital. The apartment will include a reclining couch if you want it, if not Ill come grab it. The apartment is very big and has two balconies, one front, one back. It is filled with good memories and has never been smoked in or anything. Parking is off street and very private. Its the best place to live on Evansdale. If you lease you'd be responsible for Water, electric, and cable/internet. Living alone (not with a woman) my utilities were around $30 each. Water is every two months, and cable and electric is every month. Pets are allowed. Washer and dryer are included in the unit.
