You'll be sharing a bathroom and living room with one other tenant, but you'll have your own bedroom space. The kitchen and bathrooms are shared, and there's parking available either in the attached garage or on the street. Utilities as well as bi-weekly professional housecleaning and landscaping are included! There is a guest room in the house that is shared between all the tenants, guests are allowed so long as it is approved by all the other tenants first.
