Occupancy Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children allowed. No additional overnight guests without prior approval. 2. Shoes Off, Please No shoes inside the house to help keep floors clean. 3. Pets Sorry, no pets are allowed. 4. Smoking & Vaping No smoking or vaping inside the home or in any enclosed areas. 5. Garbage & Recycling Please place all trash and recycling in the designated bins located on the side of the main house behind the black gate. Take bins to the curb on collection day and return them afterward. 6. Lawn Maintenance Landscapers come once per week and may access the backyard without prior notice. 7. Noise & Neighbors Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during quiet hours: 10 PM 8 AM. 8. Damages & Maintenance Please report any damage or maintenance issues promptly so we can take care of them quickly. 9. Parties & Events Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted without written approval.
