We are a group of young professional guys (23-29). We have a great house on Mansion Street, so it's not far from all of the nightlife and also close to the Ivy Ridge train station. We are all working professionals. One of the guys has just moved out, so we are looking for a guy to replace him. We are looking for a young professional or grad student, and would prefer someone close to our general age range (give or take a year or two). The entire house was renovated just before we moved in, so everything is in great shape! The downstairs of the house is fully furnished. The front living room has two new sofas, coffee and end tables and an adjacent dining area with a table and six chairs. The kitchen is very spacious with new appliances, including two refrigerators, a dishwasher and microwave, along with plenty of cabinet space. Off the kitchen in the rear of the house is the "family room" which is where everyone hangs out. It has a sectional sofa, a second couch and a 65" flat screen tv. The second floor of the house has two bedrooms and a large full bathroom. The third floor has three bedrooms and another large full bathroom along with the washer and dryer. All of the bedrooms are carpeted wall-to-wall and have recessed lights and ceiling fans. The house has central air, which is great as the weather gets warmer. There is a large basement which has plenty of room for storage. We also have a large paved backyard area with furniture, strung lights, fire pit and a grill, which is great for hanging out in good weather (or bad weather...haha). The room that is available is on the third floor. It's about 10x13 with recessed lighting, a ceiling fan and built-in closet. Rent for this room is $775 plus a share of the utilities. Utilities are split five ways and they run about $75-100 per month per person. We are a rather social house and would prefer someone who will fit in with the house dynamics. Although everyone is generally busy with work during the week, we hang out and have drinks at the house on occasion and also sometimes go out together, so hopefully this is something that would appeal to you.
