Remodeled house with new floors throughout, upgraded bathrooms (new sink, new shower, new bathtub, new toilets), new paint, upgraded kitchen sink, drought tolerant native front landscaping. Tenant pays for all utilities. We do have a gardener who does light yard work. We have been very particular about giving prompt attention to issues that crop up. Wear and tear items like changing out light-bulbs etc is tenants responsibility. We appreciate responsible pet ownership.
