The kitchen and common areas are all tile or laminate with new furniture. The living space area has a large flat-screen television and a comfortable seating area. The kitchen here is fully functional and stocked with all of the necessary utensils, cutlery, and appliances to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple breakfast. The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and flat-screen television. There is also private access to the screened-in porch from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has two twin-size beds and a flat-screen for entertainment. There is a second bathroom attached to the second bedroom and living area. Navigating Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand's summer traffic can be challenging during certain times of the day. The Magnolia Place complex is in the Myrtlewood Golf community just off of 48th Avenue North. Many popular Myrtle Beach attractions are within a 15-minute trip from Magnolia Place.
