Little smaller, but the rest of the apartment makes up for it.The apartment: 923 sqft. Great kitchen with dishwasher and all modern appliances. Lots of storage space. Huge living room area. Amazing bathroom. Private rooftop access for grilling and other fun things. Washer and Dryer in the building.Me: I'm a laid back dude. I work a 10-7 job usually. Like to go out and have a few beers, but don't mind staying in and just chilling out. Not a fan of drama! I have a 6 year old Lab mix who is awesome.You: Calm, cool, collected person who will pay rent on time and respect the space. No One with crazy work hours. I would have to check about additional cats and dogs. Credit Check would be needed for the landlord.I just moved into the Apt. so there is room for improving the space!
