You have your OWN Mini-split AC / heat so you can control your own temp. The kitchen has quartz countertop, stainless sink, cabinets. Ovens, microwaves, and air fryers are also available. Parking is on-street in a permit only area (paid for by landlord) so there is always parking available right next to the house. Internet, water and trash is included but you pay for your own electric bill. Full size laundry is on-site, open 24/7, for free. Lease term 6 month - 1 year. We are looking for someone with great credit, easy-going and considerate. We are OK with co-signers if you don't have a full credit history.
