The good: The house is a solidly built John Wieland home that I updated with all Hardiplank siding in 2005. Also there is NO HOA so you don't have to worry about the neighborhood Nazis dictating what color your shutters must be or when you can have a bowel movement. The bad: the inside hasn't been updated since 1989. Same furnace and air conditioner that came with house, same kitchen appliances, same '80s decor.
