This is a studio-loft space and makes great use of space: The bed is up some stairs in the cosy loft space. The Kitchenette has a small fridge, stove, convection oven, coffee machine, for cooking, microwave. There is space for a full sofa/or pullout sofa in the space below the loft for TV/living room area. Place also for dining room table and chairs. Small, but efficient bathroom and tub/shower setup also. Small closet for storage and a desk/workspace area/or additional place for another stand-alone closet. (See pics) Private romantic patio w/orange tree & bougainvillea. Perfect for morning coffee or glass of wine at the end of the day :). Laundry credit per month of $50 since currently no laundry attached, although we are working to add it. But 3 great options within 2minutes drive. Or there is a pick/up delivery service we recommend to guests. Wi-Fi (Internet): Can keep current or get your own. Housekeeping service is available whenever you like if you would like monthly or bi-weekly cleaning services. I also own a Day Spa and Yoga Studio in Bankers Hill.
