I am the new owner of this home, and it is not for sale/rent anymore. I'm very fortunate that the previous sellers spent $26,000 for complete remodel just before being relocated. In the end I got a new kitchen, high efficiency appliances and furnace from Baron, new roof, new LP® SmartSide siding, all new vinyl windows, R13 insulation, almost all new flooring. I lucked out on this one, thanks to all who helped!
