All female household. I have one more room left in the basement of my bi-level home. Just 8 minutes to the south end of Powers Blvd, Academy Blvd, and Colorado Springs Air Port. 15 minutes to Fort Carson and 12 minutes to I-25 via the Fountain Blvd exit. The inside of the house had been recently renovated, so new carpet and fresh paint all around. You would be sharing a bathroom and living room with just one other person. Military are welcome to apply. -$650 for smaller room. -Utilities are in addition (split between all in the house) with one month's rent for deposit. -There is a $42 application / background check fee through TransUnion SmartMove. -For single occupancy, and unable to accept renter pets at this time. Looking for someone that is clean natured. Especially in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Must be large dog friendly, mature personality, respectful, have a day time job, and hopefully enjoy mingling with others in the household. (Please NO drugs, 420, smoking, kids, couples, or partiers.) Friends and significant others are more than welcome to come visit, but no overnight guests. I just ask that there be decent quiet during sleeping hours (9:00 pm to 8:00 am), but you are welcome to stay up or come home late as you please.
