Rent is about 1075 with your own bathroom along with additional utilities like water/electric/trash/wifi. 1) 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (no room has its own bathroom attached, but the 3rd roommate will take the 2nd bathroom) 2) It is a split level house, with plenty of shared spaces. 3) There is a sunroom with a wood stove, the living room has a fire place. 4) We have partially furnished the place, but the 3rd bedroom is unfurnished. 5) There is a backyard that requires yard work (e.g. mowing the lawn, raking leaves, and watering) in the summer months. 6) No smoking and no pets are allowed. 7) The house is very close to bus stops that go to campus and the airport.
