It is very close to Dulles Airport and close to all major convenience stores like Costco, Wegmans, Lotte, Target, Indian stores, etc. It's located right besides the scenic Eleanor Lawrence Park. The community is friendly, has a lot of families with kids, and the townhouse is very close to Chantilly High School and Rocky Run Middle School. Features: 3 bedrooms on the top level - master bedroom with huge closet and private bath, 2 other bedrooms with closets 2.5 baths Hardwood Flooring Large Living room, Kitchen, and a Sun Room Deck that opens out to trees in the backyard Well lit, spacious, clean Washer and Dryer in the House We would include HOA Fees, Trash, and Lawn maintenance fees in the Rent. The other utilities are not included in the rent. We would need a 1 month security deposit and a minimum 1 year lease. Access to 2 levels of townhouse which includes the main level and upper bedrooms level. Access to Washer and Dryer in the Basement. Utilities are not included in the rent. Tenant pays 2/3rd utilities. No smoking in the house. Parking permit available through the HOA. 2 year lease preferred.
