Multi Generational with vacation rental options and one of the best view on Lake Norman in addition to being on a three-mile island/peninsula FYI Three people have offered well over a million for this house. It was appraised at more before I finished 2,000 more square feet way back in 2014. Three people in 2006 offered 650 for the LOT ONLY.....so you are appraising a 5,000 square foot house for about 100,000. Really??? I don't care because I am never selling. As I write I am completing a Sun Room i.e Four season room, all tempered glass etc, which is costing another 70,000.....which is slightly less than you are valuing the entire home considering three people wanted only the dirt for 650 grand. Not sure about the accuracy of Zillow.
