You are welcome to use any new items, features, rooms, and gadgets that we add onto the property. There are two people who dwells in this property. Their names are Joseph and Justin. Joseph is a 25 year-old Entrepreneur. He runs a digital advertising agency and is launching an interior design company. Joseph is an introverted individual that works remotely. Squeakz is his part-time companion that is just as quiet as his owner. You'll normally find Joseph in the living room doing finances, playing with his technology, or researching about credit. Justin is a 27 year-old photographer. He runs a remote photography business. He is a single father of two and has one of his children bi-weekly. You'll see his 9 year-old son Jaden every other Wednesday. Justin is an extroverted individual that is normally never home. But when he is home, it's when he has his son or creating music in his room. Due to there age, there is not really any rules or restrictions in the household. Bedroom: 12'3 x 11'0 Private Living room: 21'10 x 16'6 Rent is due the first day of every month. You are always more than welcome to pay rent early. All early payment will be rewarded with $25 OFF your rent. For late payments, you only have a 5 day grace period. After 5 days, you will have to pay a fixed $50 dollar late fee. If you know that you will be late on paying rent, you can pay a $25 dollar extension fee 5 days before rent is due to avoid late fees. You may choose your own lease terms. You are welcomed to have guest for as long as you want and host events. Guest stays and events must be communicated first.
