The views of the Bitterroot mountains are amazing. Just minutes to the Bitterroot River. Fully furnished including complete kitchen. Shuffle board table and dish network. Main Street of Hamilton is 2-3 minute drive. Hamilton is a perfect little town. This is a peaceful place. Nice fenced back yard with hot tub and fire pit. There is a small airport to the East, no commercial scheduled flights. It's great to watch the planes take off a couple times a day. 100 dollar per month non refundable pet fee on top of the 300 dollar deposit. Renters reimburse for power, gas and trash pick up. Renters responsible for yard maintenance with provided mower and weeding if necessary. If snow removal required that is up to renter. If you have pets you are responsible for all cleanup and maintenance. The hot tub will be maintained by renter. Any damages will be reimbursed by renter. No smoking. The detached garage is off limits. The 2 car garage is available for use and parking in the driveway is allowed. The 3rd car garage is to be maintained as a gym area. Leave it as you found it :)
