The spacious, newly remodeled kitchen seats eight and has a real antique stove you can cook on plus an oven/second range. Walk upstairs and enter the family room, stunning hardwood floors with cathedral ceilings and lots of bright sunshine with views all around. Both bedrooms have king-size beds with roll-away beds in the closet and a blow-up bed. A large enclosed backyard with a barbecue and sitting area is great for entertaining. An outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. Enjoy sunset views on the upper balcony. You can walk to great shops and restaurants downtown or hop on a train to Santa Barbara for the day, the depot is four blocks away. A cute seasonal attached unit nicknamed 'The Sugar Shack' features a rustic attic-style cottage with a sleeping area during peak season months (The unit has no heat and is closed in the off-season). Nest cameras provide security for specific ext. entrances only. One small pet (35 lbs. or less) is permitted during the off-season. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee to cover the cost of pet-related issues, ranging from poop sweeps of the backyard, cleaning of the carpets, garbage barrel accidents, etc. Owner pays for the gardener, internet/cable TV, and trash pickup. Renters pay for gas, electricity, and water. No more than one small dog, no cats. No more than three cars permitted to park on property. No parties, reunions, no extra overnight guests unless authorized. No sharing of personal access code to home to unauthorized guests. Renters take out trash. Renters will pay for housekeeping to come in every two weeks to clean the home.
