I like that the bathroom is separate from the morning and night prep area. There's a utility room, this is where the washer and dryer are; also good for storage space. Carport is a great covering: I never had to remove snow from my car or scrape my windows. Extra parking space but without carport. Plenty of Visitor parking next to the place. I enjoy the deck; I was able to have three chairs and small table. There is space for your own BBQ if you don't want to use the one provided to the tenants. The fake wood floors are easy to keep clean and looks great. Couch and TV provided unless tenant wants to provide their own. There's also RV parking and an event center for an extra fee. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and Internet. Owner pays for rent, trash, sewer and water. Must have a credit score of 640
