Excellent room for rent ina Japanses style house Walking distance to Capitola Village, beaches, restaurants and businesses on 41st. This location can't be beat! We are a great group of professionals. This is not a party household and we're pretty quiet, respectful of others, clean up after kitchen use etc. Amenities: House cleaner once a week, laundry onsite, filtered water, plenty of street parking Room details; 11'-4" X 11'x7". Upstairs, Brazilian Cherry Hardwood flooring, one small closet with an extra armoire. This is a smaller space and only good for one person. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
