    Move in August 1st (flexible) ~I am looking for one other person to move into a clean and bright 4 bedroom home on Baseline & Foothills. ~You would have 2 rooms and half bath which is the whole garden level (not basement). A bigger south facing room and a smaller north facing room, both with closets and a half bathroom (shower upstairs). ~Rent is $1075 Security deposit and first month rent due at signing. Year lease until July 31st, 2022. ~NO OTHER Pets (per landlords request). Seriously, would change if I could. ~The house has a large yard/deck, plenty of parking, a small garage for storage and laundry on site. There is a garden which you are welcome to help with and I also bring home loads of veggies from the farm. We are responsible for mowing the lawn so willingness to help with that is a must! ~ The landlord is really sweet, hands off and VERY KIND for making rent incredibly affordable so staying on good terms with him is a must. Me: ~I, Lior (she/her) am 30 year old queer human and a full time nature-based therapist and organic farmer. I enjoy stretching, hiking, cross country skiing, singing, cooking, gardening, foraging and backpacking, I have a lot of house plants and a snuggly cat named Lou. I like to have deep and intimate conversations about psychology, poetry, spirituality over breakfast or tea, balanced with loads of dancing, levity, play and joy. You: ~Queer allied or queer identified please, mature late 20-30 something. I am looking for someone who wants to create a warm, loving and serene home as well as a friendship/sense of belonging with some shared meals/food and chores and at times wanting to spend time together in communal spaces. On the contrary also love time for myself and introspection. Potlucks and small gatherings welcome but no parties and like to keep the house organized and clean. Preference also to someone willing to help take care of Lou and the garden while I am away camping or traveling, if you are available and timing works out. I have other options too for this! ~Please message me with some details about yourself, what you do for work, what your home quality of life is like, some passions and hobbies and what you are looking for in a roommate.
