Custom built home on the water with high end finishes. 3 bed, 3 bath, 3 car garage. We know that Zillow is showing the value of the property a substantially lower value than we have it listed for and it’s because it was showing as a townhome and we have no idea why. It’s certainly a single family home. We have an appraisal @ 750K from 2016 and obviously in the last few years, it’s climbed.
