Please see the attached layout for more info, this unit has a small separate kitchen area close to the entrance. The bathroom includes a tub, there is a small reach-in closet. The bedroom has big window and good view. Well behaved dogs and cats are welcome. There is a back yard with grass. You have your own Mini-split AC / heat so you can control your own temp. Refrigerator, large sink, double burner induction cooktop. Parking is on-street in a permit only area (paid for by landlord) so there is always parking available next to the house. Full size laundry is on-site, open 24/7, for free. We are looking for someone with good credit (or co-signer), easy-going and considerate to neighbors. Renter only pays for electricity, everything else (including fiber optics internet) are all included. We prefer one year lease, but shorter terms are possible.
