Extremely nice condo. High ceilings, lots of light. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Gas fireplace for those cold Colorado winters. Nice big patio to enjoy in summer. 1 car garage. Service vehicles are not allowed. No service vans or trucks with ladder racks. No smoking of any kind. Smoking will result in immediate eviction. If you have 2 cars, 1 has to be parked in the garage overnight. No service vehicles at all. I believe they just changed the rules and don't allow gas grills on the patios at all. I will check and update. 2 miles of walking trails with 2 lakes. Access to trails is about 100 yds from condo. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pictures are outdated. Will upload new ones soon. Tenant pays Gas, electricity and internet.
