Access: two flight of stairs up from the parking lot to building Income limits: your household must have an income of at least $3187 a month to rent this apartment. Additionally, you household's income cannot be greater than a certain amount based on household size (see chart below). Other unusual stipulations for renting a tax credit apartment is that not all members may be full-time students. Also, no adults may be added to the household for at least the first year, after which the change to total household income is taken into consideration. There is some extra paperwork to complete a "tax credit" application, which must be done in person. It takes about an hour to complete, then typically at least 20 days to process.
