Welcome to Lihikai Drive, a wonderful peninsula neighborhood in the Kaneohe/ Kahaluu area. You'd be hard-pressed to find another unit with such a beautiful view that's also on the water. This unit is on the lower level of the house and does require walking down around 13 steps to get to it. There are two parking spots provided, but it requires one vehicle to be parked behind the other (tandem parking). The unit has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and the living room has a king sized bed. It's fully furnished, but unwanted items can be removed. The kitchenette has a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and a hot plate. There is no oven/stovetop. There are two small in-wall ac units, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Included in each month's rent is a $250 utility credit. Cable and internet are not provided. The laundry room is in the basement, below the unit, and is not shared with other units. No laundry hookups are in the actual unit. You can launch your kayaks from the backyard and store them in the basement. The lanai overlooking the water is very large at around 300 square ft. No short term leases. No sub leases. No airbnb usage. No smoking indoors. This unit requires a minimum of a one year rental agreement. Must provide proof of income of at least $9000 a month as well as passing a credit check. Cats and dogs are considered on a case by case basis. Rent is due on the last calendar day of each month.
