    Mutual is a small (about 15 homes), quiet, secluded sub-division 2 miles west of Walsenburg just 1/2 mile off Highway 160. Build new or place a manufactured home on the upper, very private portion of the land that has great Spanish Peaks' views!!! Then fix-up the old adobe as a studio or keep it for storage. Or you could remodel the old adobe to live in!!! It was a 2-bedroom 1-bath and needs to be completely remodeled (not currently livable). San Isabel electric pole is on the edge of the property and City water tap fee is paid and hydrant is installed. Land is just under 1 acre, is located in the County and would require a new septic system.
