This unit is located next-door to our vacation rental and requires a tenant who is quiet, clean and able to be fine with changing neighbors every week. A storage shed behind the house is available for an additional charge to use for storage or a workshop. No electric or heat in the shed, but it is good for storage if needed. I have left a push-mower in the barn for the tenant to use. If you do not intend (or are unable to mow the lawn), Rent will be increased to offset a lawn service by $50.00 extra per month. ($900/month and we take care of lawn). All applicants will be screened. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS. Rent is $850/month for a 1 year term if you mow, $900/month if we mow.
