Upstairs master bedroom is available for rent. It has a loft which could be an office. It has its own private 1 and a half bathroom. The other bedroom downstairs is occupied by myself, owner. I have one cat who unfortunately does not get along with other animals, so I am not looking to add any pets at this time. Reference is available from previous roomate, if desired. No smoking is allowed inside. Outdoor smoking of cigarettes or cannabis is allowed.
