Village Green of Schaumburg is in an excellent location - only a couple minutes to E. Higgins Road or Roselle Road; only about a mile away from downtown Schaumburg and the library; about a mile away from Target; across the street from a Walgreens and multiple dining choices; near walking trails; and about a mile away from Lifetime Fitness. The unit is bright and cozy with oversized windows, beige walls and white doors. This specific unit is about the middle-range of the price for this style unit as it has updated cabinets and doors. The community is very quiet, courteous and easy to get around in. This unit has a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer and an individual entrance, making this an extremely convenient apartment for a busy professional or busy couple. The bedroom is large, with ample room for my queen-sized bed in addition to a full work desk that can easily hold dual monitors and AV equipment. The main room is large enough for a full entertainment center in addition to a dining room. My specific unit allows cats, but does not allow dogs. I'm leaving to go out-of-state and thus need to end my lease early; otherwise this is really the best place to live in the Schaumburg area. You would be taking over my lease for the five months remaining (until June 30, 2017), and then may choose to renew as you would with a typical lease after that. Village Green has flexible leasing terms, when available, ranging from 6 to 9 to 12. You may take over my lease any time between Feb. 8 and 14, but you must be approved to take over lease prior to Feb. 8 as I leave the state Feb. 9.
