We're on the second floor so we get great natural light (we rarely need to turn the lights on during the day). The condo was gut renovated in 2011 and all appliances are new and fully functional. Washer/drier in unit. Fully furnished with most everything you'll need in the kitchen in terms of utensils and appliances. We have a small porch on the second floor and a shared patio on the ground floor. Street parking is easily available. We're about a ten minute walk to both Porter and Davis Squares. And we're just a couple minutes from the bike path an amazing 10-mile stretch of paved, multi-use path that's great for walking, jogging, and biking. We're within easy walking distance of grocery stores, drugstores, and restaurants. No smoking allowed. Utilities included. Street parking available with permit from city. Trash and recycle need to be brought to curb each Tuesday. Kid friendly.
