For rent is a stylishly furnished, & recently remodeled jr 1 bedroom condo in Duboce triangle. I prefer a 12-24 month lease (and I can unfurnish it if the lease is 24+ months), but 6-12 months would work too. The condo is 1 of 6 flats in an adorable Victorian building ca 1891. The building has just been renovated and repainted a royal blue. You really can't beat the location: Muni: you have access to all muni lines within 1-2 blocks (church station and duboce & noe station). Walking: easy stroll to the Castro, Lower Haight, Duboce park, Divisidero corridor, the Mission... The condo has a serene front patio framed by a white picket fence. With a bistro set ready for you to have your morning coffee or evening wine, and to look on to the parade of folks walking down Noe st. Noe st is a leafy residential street with wide sidewalks; it is super quiet at night. Despite its easy access to all these fun neighborhoods. The place comes furnished. Mostly in mid-century modern design but with a hint of bauhaus. And as I mentioned already, remodeled to maintain the period details (high ceilings, tiled fireplace, claw foot tub, and rich moldings/details) but with a new kitchen, granite countertops and a new bathroom.. If all of this sounds right, pls hit me up so you can see it up close. There is a free shared washer/dryer in the basement of the building. move-in details: I require a one month deposit and first month's rent. And a standard lease agreement. Thanks and best of luck in your appt search! Street parking only. Anything over 2 hours will need to have a residential S permit. This means it will cost you to have a car but that it will usually be easy to find parking. If you have a car, you will want to get a residential parking permit from SFMTA. I can apply on your behalf (since the bills are in my name). the city charges on a weekly basis at a rate of 59$ for 2 weeks, 84$ for 4 weeks, 107$ for 6 weeks and 139$ for 8 weeks. for long term residential parking, the rate is less expensive but that is usually done for folks staying yearly. A standard lease, preferably for 6-24 months. I prefer over 12. A month's rent as security deposit on signing and first month's rent upon move in.
