All the appliances, fixtures, carpet, windows (hurricane-proof) were brand new then and are still in excellent condition. To be approved, you need to pay the security deposit (to me, the owner). Then I will be able to give you a lease, which you must give to the Association along with your filled-out application paperwork. Of course, if you are disapproved, I will return your security deposit. Rent will be $2200/month, with security deposit payable immediately (so that you can apply for approval) and the first month's rent payable on the day you move into the home.
