A great neighborhood for a young family. Many small kids that range in age from 3 - 15 years old. I have found it to be a very friendly warm neighborhood. Always seeing family members walking or riding their bikes around the blocks. I really enjoyed watching all the families get together for this past halloween. We have 2 small kids and they have met so many kids their age from this neighborhood. Close to sunrise highway and Hecksher state park, but far enough not to hear the traffic or noise. It unfortunate that my job has relocated me to another state because I really liked this area and I only hope I can find that where I relocate.
