Wonderful place to live. Century Village is a 55+ gated community with tons of amenities. 5 miles from the beach. Every section has it's own pool and tennis courts. There's a sizable clubhouse with a large pool, shuffle board, tennis, diner, live theater, movie theater, actives, clubs and more. There are internal buses and the city bus comes right to the clubhouse so transportation even without a car is a breeze. Your parking space is 20 feet from the front door and it's a ground level unit. There is a large closet in the hallway and another closet in the bedroom. Also there's a screened in patio in the back with a sliding glass door. Maintenance fees are $350 per month and that includes all the stuff I mentioned above plus landscaping for the building, outside maintenance, city water service, and Xfinity cable TV service with lots of channels including several premium channels. This was my grandmother's condo and I started to fix it up but have decided it's time to move back up north and get on with life. The only things I didn't get to are flooring (had planned on just getting carpet, about $1200), a drop ceiling for the kitchen (about $300) and a folding door for the bedroom closet (about $200). I didn't take any photos of the bedroom since I moved all my stuff from storage into it and you couldn't even see one wall so what's the point.
