Trash is paid for by landlord but billed to tenant. Water/sewer is paid for by landlord, but billed to tenant at 60% of the whole house bill. Not convicted of a felony or are on the sex offender registry in any state. 6. Previous tenants are given priority regardless of application order. Then we will move to the person who meets the most criteria, etc. Criminal background check and sex offender list are checked first. References are called next. Then a meeting will be set up with the current upstairs tenant to ensure compatability. If all looks good, we require a credit check, and will send you a request from experian.com.
